Every core report

Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, changes in equity, trial balance, aged debtors and creditors, VAT detail, fixed asset register and depreciation schedule.

Compare and keep

Compare with the previous period or year. Save a snapshot of a report as it stood when you sent it to the client.

Your layout

Group accounts the way you present them to clients, and keep that layout for every report.

Profit by project

Tag income and costs to projects and see what each one earns.

A checked period close

Before a period closes, DecaBooks checks for unposted drafts, that customer and supplier balances agree with the ledger, and that the balance sheet balances. Closed periods are locked.

Proof nothing changed

A report shows whether any posted entry has been altered since it was posted, using the tamper-evident chain behind every entry.
