One payout, many invoices
A single deposit from JCC or Stripe usually covers many sales. DecaBooks splits it back into the invoices it paid.
Fees booked
Card fees are posted to their own account, with VAT treated correctly.
Exact or nothing
A payout posts only when gross minus fees equals the amount that reached the bank. Otherwise it waits for you, with the difference shown.
Matches the bank line
The payout then matches the bank statement line, so the bank reconciles in one step.
