Every fund, every limit

Social Insurance at 8.8% for staff and firm, GESY at 2.65% and 2.90%, redundancy at 1.2%, training at 0.5%, social cohesion at 2% and the Central Holiday Fund. Each stops at its own ceiling.

Income tax under the 2026 rules

Income tax is worked out over the whole year with the 2026 bands and the €22,000 tax-free amount. A raise or a new starter in the middle of the year is taxed correctly.

TD59 allowances

Enter each employee's TD59 allowances, such as life insurance and pension, and the tax recalculates straight away within the legal limits.

Monthly or hourly pay

Pay people a monthly salary or by the hour. Add overtime, a 13th salary, bonuses, allowances and benefits in kind, each taxed the right way.

Payslips and an employee portal

Payslips go out by email. Staff can sign in to see their payslips, ask for leave and see the holiday calendar.

Files ready to upload

Each month: the SISnet contributions file and the TD7 return as CSV and PDF. Each year: IR63 certificates for every employee. Every file is kept with a record of what was sent.

Posted to the books

When you approve a pay run, the entry posts to the ledger. When the bank pays Social Insurance, the payment can be split across the right liability accounts.
