A company for each client
Each client has its own company in DecaBooks, with its own chart of accounts, VAT setup and numbering. You move between them from one login, and you cannot post into the wrong one.
Start from what the client already has
Import the client's trial balance, opening balances and lists of customers and suppliers. Flat nine-digit codes are fine.
It learns how your firm works
When you correct an account on one client, the next suggestion uses it, on that client and across your practice.
Holding companies made simple
Switch VAT and payroll off for a holding company. Its company then has neither, enforced by the system, not just hidden.

Yes. Each company is €20 or €30 a month, and firms with more than ten clients can ask us about portfolio pricing.

Can I import a client's existing books?
Yes. Import the trial balance, opening balances and customer and supplier balances.
Is each client's data kept separate?
Yes. Each company is separate, and our Data Processing Agreement covers your clients' data.
